  1. Do you guys sell my information to third parties so they can blast me with junk mail and steal my identity?
    Absolutely not. We do, however, have to share your information with the people sending you your products and processing your payment, but that's really necessary.

  2. I haven't received my item yet, what should I do?
    We always process your order right away, but if you have multiple items it's possible that they are being shipped from different facilities. Depending on several boring factors such as your distance from the warehouse, the accuracy of your payment information, the total shipping time will vary from 24 hours to 10 business days. If at any time you feel something seems abnormal about your delivery time, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can look into it.

  3. I got the wrong item! Now what?
    Simply use our contact form to let us know about the problem and we will issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Don't throw away the packaging, because if we can't sell it to someone else, it's yours forever! We will of course pay for the return shipping if it was our mistake, as well as send the correct item to you as soon as humanly possible.
